Privacy policy

1. Data categories

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your email address; name if you provide it; support request data; technical and security records, including an IP address where processed; cookies and session data; and information needed to provide access.

To create, confirm and support payments, the service also processes the payment order, its status and the identifiers required to match it with the payment service. The EVM Connect application does not receive or store payment card details.

2. Purposes

Data is used for sign-in, service delivery, security and abuse prevention, support, technical operation and administration of the user relationship.

If a Consumer registered using a Partner invitation code and a confirmed payment generated Partner commission, the Consumer’s current email address may be shown to that Partner to identify the source of the commission, provide calculation transparency and resolve disputes. The Partner does not receive payment or payment-provider identifiers or payment card data.

3. Service providers

Where necessary for these purposes, data may be processed using the connected payment service, email infrastructure, a support integration and the infrastructure that provides the network connection. Only the data necessary for the relevant function should be used.

4. Cookies and sessions

The portal uses cookies and session data to preserve language and theme choices, protect sign-in flows and maintain authenticated context. Browser settings can remove cookies, but this may end the session or make sign-in unavailable.

5. Retention and protection

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and for mandatory periods required by applicable law. Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to protect data, but no information system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Language and law

This policy is interpreted under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. If the English convenience translation differs from the Russian text, the Russian text prevails.
