User agreement

1. Service

EVM Connect provides a protected network connection by subscription for personal use. Access is managed through a personal account and is provided for the selected paid period.

2. Sign-in and account

Sign-in uses an email address and a one-time code. You must provide accurate information, keep access to your email secure and not transfer access to another person in breach of these terms.

3. Access period and activation

After successful payment is confirmed by server-side processing, access is activated or extended for the paid period stated in the selected plan, usually within a few minutes. A subsequent one-time purchase extends access for the newly purchased period.

4. Payment and renewal

Payment is made as a one-time payment through the connected payment service. There is currently no automatic renewal or recurring charge; the next access period is purchased manually. Returning to EVM Connect in the browser after payment does not by itself confirm payment: payment status is confirmed by server-side processing.

When a Partner invitation code is used, after a successful payment the Consumer’s email address may be displayed to the corresponding Partner in the commission history.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Before access is provided, you may contact support to request cancellation and a refund. You may stop further use of the subscription. A refund for an unused paid period is made in the cases and amount required by applicable law. Erroneous or disputed charges are reviewed through support.

6. Acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully, for personal purposes, without harming the service, other users or third parties. Attempts to disrupt operation, obtain unauthorized access or use the service for unlawful activity are prohibited.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or a fixed recovery time. Maintenance, network conditions and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Support and changes

Questions can be sent through the public support contacts. These terms may be updated as the service develops; the current version and its effective date are published on this page.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. If the English convenience translation differs from the Russian text, the Russian text prevails.
